The people here are a complete joke. They hosted a event today at this location featuring WWE superstar Sasha Banks. People waited in line to see her and get a autograph. So as your in line they tend to hold it up at times and make each fan encounter longer then they began walking thru the line saying that we weren't gonna get a autograph at 12pm when she was scheduled until 1pm. They then told us that if we signed up for there service (a new account) then we could be placed in the front of the line. So the service was $30 (for the cheapest one) then another 79.99 for a phone if you didn't have one to transfer and that's didn't include taxes and fees. So we're looking at about $110 minimum. Now as tempting as it sounded it was wrong! It's a free event but your finding ways to manipulate it that you could prolong it and force people's hand to buy service with Cricket to see Sasha Banks. Shame on you!!! You know how many people and kids looked sad being told they might not see her if unless you purchased service. Then to add to this once the time was approaching to 1pm even people that signed up and went up there to sign up for the service was turned away with nothing not even a photo. How messed up is that!!! If Cricket wanted to make money off this meet and greet then they should have advertised that from the beginning and I'm sure people would have been prepared to pay and would have had a better meet and greet event. I hope someone from Cricket would reach out for which I will give word of mouth for how unprofessional this was with hopes of getting thru to those I reiterate my experience to.

I go here sometimes to pay my bills, They never hve lots of phones in stock, They hve security guard here wth a gun 2 mke sure nobody is going 2 rob this location, The customers R very professional......They do not fix cellphones @ this locations....

Signed up for service at this store on Jan 5th. The representative that helped me told me if I have a referral (a person who already had cricket service) I can give them the number and if I pay my next month bill ontime then me and the other customer gets $25 off our next bill. I payed my phone bill 3days before my due date. I called cricket customer service and they said they have no "referral" option with the company. I tried to call this particular store back (with the number on my receipt) and it says the number has been changed. I google the store & try to call it directly from google it says the same thing. I call the number on the business card the representative gave to me and come to find out it's a personal cell phone which the representative didn't even answer.
