Story

About Peppers Grill – Alamogordo, NM.

Dwight (Owner), is the oldest of four, having three sisters. His family moved to Alamogordo in 1972, where he graduated from Alamogordo High School and attended NMSU in Las Cruces, obtaining his agricultural engineering degree. Over the next several years, Dwight managed different businesses as well as working closely with his father.

Dwight opened Peppers Grill in November 1999 and purchased the building only 14 months later. The building is equipped with a private banquet room, capable of accommodating over 100 people. The banquet room was added only two years ago, and includes a complete sound system, power point access, a projector, television, DVD player and internet access, video conferencing availability and several additional amenities.

Although he worked very closely with his father in business management, he contributes his food preparation knowledge to his mother, who was a gourmet cook. It was a dream he had about his mother that he named his restaurant “Peppers Grill”.
