For more than 40 years, the Brockett's have served hungry families with delicious food and friendly service. The Waffle & Pancake Shoppe Founded in 1987, has filled bellies of all sizes with great breakfasts, specialty sandwiches and lunches. You'll leave with a smile on your face, some change in your pocket and an aikin' to visit us again, soon!

Best place to have breakfast in town. Even if your driving through and you got time to stop and have breakfast do it. There might be a bit of wait to be seated but the wait is worth it. It's a breakfast joint, so stick to breakfast foods. Anything is great. The enchiladas are great too. Come hungry and leave happy.

Great family place to have breakfast in Alamogordo: The place looks even older than the waitresses (who are not spring chicken ;-) but the food is great and said waitresses are super efficient, nice and full of attention. They know most of the customers by their first names, which tells a lot about the place. Their FB page says it was founded in 1987, I guess nothing much has changed since then...

The food was great as always. Steve Brockett is the best. The staff is always friendly. I have been going here for years and have never been disappointed

I have eaten here since I was little, the atmosphere has never changed. Good is always good and staff is always super friendly.

Everytime I go the food and service is great! However, a couple times now I've noticed one or two of the chefs handles everything without gloves or washing their hands after handling eggs or raw meat. They always wipe their hands on a wet washcloth when done but it's very brief and it's always the same cloth. They use the same cloth to clean the spatula after compacting the eggshells as well. Again love the food even though the cross contamination is very real.
