Great food, the philly cheesesteak was wonderful and full of flavor. Best I have had in a while. If you ask for it, they add it without any doubt. I would also suggest the nachos were great as well. The tortilla chips are a Lil on the brittle side, but no real complaint there. Very fresh and hot. I will be back very soon.

Terrible experience. Line guys put my toppings on my wife’s without ever putting meat down for my sandwich then argued when I mentioned they were missing my sandwich. Line cooks touching their faces while handling prepared food is big turn off too. Chips weren’t separated while cooking so they are still soft and shiny with grease. Most tables were cluttered with others trash. Mistakes happen but employees made no effort to apologize. Literally acknowledging the mistake would have been sufficient. Won’t be back. If you want employees touching their face while cooking your food come on in.
My grandson & I both got the bowls.. Very good & plenty left over to take home.
Visited this location about a week ago. We showed up 45 minutes before close. Very little rice given in bowls as they said they were almost out. Then beans were very thick and crusty. Was given a dirty look when I asked for a little rice on the nachos. All cold veggies were on top and not cold and dumped salsa from container to bowl with no utensils used. Was very disappointed in taste and service.
Fun atmosphere! Friendly and courteous staff.. I love Grilled steak nacho fries! The traditional chips or salad bed are great too. No extra charge for a large variety of Fresh veggies, sour cream, and cheese sauce. Kid friendly chicken strips or corn dog options if they're not into Philly sandwiches or nachos.
Love this place!!! Always a friendly staff and the food is great. When they make their fireball sandwich, I will always ask to have the grill cleaned before making mine and they are always more than happy to do it. I come here at least one or two times a week. This place is the best!!! This use to be one of my favorite places, they have a new manager and all new staff. Not the same, they are not friendly at all. Doesn't seem like any of them are happy to be there. With the other staff, the tables were always clean. The last time I was there tables needed to be cleaned and there was only one other customer in the store. We stayed there to eat and no one came out to clean tables the whole time we were there. They were all in the back out of sight..
It was wonderful! The staff was great and helpful! I should have added a little more spicy ranch to get all over my rice in my bowl, but my mistake and I know next time! Perfect amount for 2 meals!
I really want to give this place more stars but it is so inconsistent with quality of service. Sometimes it is perfect but I noticed lately that food looks like it has been just thrown around upside down into the box. Last time there was a big ol hair in my food which is a definite deal breaker for me. It was noticeable right on top of my sandwich too.
Excellent food for a great value, the staff are friendly, helpful, and efficient - they go out of their way to help customers! Highly recommended for vegetarians, they ask if you want them to clean off the grill and make sure that everyone changes their food prep gloves in the line. Looking forward to coming back soon!
