Olympia at its best. Percival Landing Park features a great boardwalk with views of the Olympics, Budd Bay, and the Legislative Dome. There's​ a playground for kids, a moderately sized grass field, public art, access to the docks, and even a nicely appointed meeting room you can rent from the city for small gatherings. Water fountains and bathrooms are available and easily accessed.

Percival landing is a beautiful place to take a walk along the docks and look out on the water. There is a playground that is one of my kids favorites, the kids that play here usually behave kindly. My kids love nature, and this playground is located next to the water. There are many restaurants along the docks. Oyster house, Anthony's, bud bay cafe, dockside bistro, and more. Every year there are events that take place on the docks, one of them is harbor days with many vendors and activities for children. Towards the end of the docks by Anthony's there is a high tower for viewing the beautiful scenery. Percival Landing is one of the most beautiful spots in Olympia.

Park area isn't that big, but the playground is kind of different and interesting. I think my kiddo enjoyed walking the boardwalk and seeing all the boats almost more.

A great park with an excellent view. The children always love it, there are restrooms, water fountains, and it's a super close walk to anything in downtown.

This is the most beautiful place! It can be romantic, you could bring your kids, or you could simply rent a slip at one of the docks to come ashore for some amazing food. There is some beach access depending if it's high or low tide. For the women... be careful if you are wearing heels, the boards on the walkway are kind of far apart so you really have to pay attention to where that heel is going to be landing!
