BUYER BEWARE- 

I made the mistake of purchasing a dog from these people a few years ago... 

I couldn't find a dog that I wasn't extremely allergic to at a shelter, but I should have taken more time to keep looking and adopt instead of supporting a place that sells dogs that are unethically bred or least gone to a reputable breeder instead of taking my little guy home.

I just couldn't imagine him being stuck in their disgusting "bargain dog bin" for one more night, so I gave in and took him home.

Well, he has been anything but a bargain. He is my best buddy and I would do anything for him, but he should have never been bred. He has had multiple health issues related to bad breeding that have cost us thousands of dollars and will probably eventually cost our pup his life.

Do your research, ask exactly where the dogs come from and then do your research on those facilities. Being USDA Certified doesn't mean that they are good breeders.. It just means that they can legally sell animals...

Take your time, do your research and please adopt a dog that needs a home, not one that was bred specifically for profit. By doing so you will just continue the cycle of irresponsible breeding and more dogs will have to suffer.

If you must purchase a dog then at least get it directly from a reputable breeder that cares about each and every pup that they raise, not a pet store like this.

I've gone there a few times and I must say I really am impressed. This is the very first place in which I see all the animals are well fed and the staff are always around making sure everything is in order. The prices on some dogs are a bit high, however I'm sure it would totally be worth it.

I purchased a puppy from them 4 years ago when they were located in Southwest Plaza Mall & decided to stop in here to see the new place. 4 years ago the puppies seemed well cared for and clean but that wasn't the case this time. A lot of the cages had poop in them, a couple cats had so much goop coming from their eyes they could barely open them, the female basset hound/bulldog mix had a cough with yellow discharge all over her nose and face and her brother had a tick in his ear. After looking at 3 seemingly sick and uncared for animals I decided to leave. They seemed to have taken much better care of the animals before they expanded. Now it seems they're overwhelmed or just simply overlooking the needs of these animals. I would have recommended this place several years ago, but not anymore.

But by the picture, this store looks horrible. These poor dogs, Absolutely ridiculous, Holefully they get bought and don't have to stay at this awful store for more than a week.

My experience was awesome I have two dogs from perfect pets and they are the most loving and awesome dogs! Right when you walk in the door it's clean and there are dogs in cages and you are aloud to hold them and play with them if you like a dog or an animal there you can take it in the back and go in a playroom with it and interact with it! They have everything you will need, animals, leashes, food, beds,etc.
