After I adopted my first dog from a shelter I swore I would never get another dog from a breeder. In the spring of 2016 we decided we wanted another dog and after weeks of looking at shelters and rescues and still not finding a dog that was compatible with us, we decided to take a look here. Believe me, we were skeptical but when we walked in the staff was friendly and the puppies all had food and water. There are a lot of reviews that said the dogs didn't have food. But perhaps you've never owned a dog because you aren't supposed to leave food out all day for them. Every trainer I've ever worked with says to feed your dog twice a day and not to leave food out for them so that they get on a routine. We eventually fell in love with a Chocolate Lab puppy. She is the cutest puppy ever and she has a big personality. She is a little naughty, like most puppies, but she is extremely smart and picks up training quickly. She's never had any serious health problems. I do think that the puppies need more room to move around. They should be able to be outside and have room to stretch their legs. I think if the owners here can have fewer animals and rearrange where they keep their dogs it will be a much better situation. However, these dogs are getting food and water and their proper vaccinations until they find homes. Update: Our puppy is almost a year old and she is doing great! We take our dogs to one of the top rated vets in the Denver area and they give her a clean bill of health every time we go in for check ups

Excellent service, atmosphere and puppies! This store is the most reparable pet stores in the Denver area, having served the community for over 30 years. Family owed and operated lends to the proper treatment and care for the puppies and other animals. I purchased a long haired Chihuahua from this location. He came with all his papers, shots and wormings. He even came with a free vet visit and a health guarantee that goes way beyond what the law requires when purchasing an animal. The store was clean and the employees even groomed my new puppy before we left. The staff did a great job making sure I was informed about where my puppy came from, how to get my registration papers and how to take good care of my puppy. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a new friend!

Honestly, the only thing going for them is that the nice lady at the counter was very knowledgeable. Otherwise, don't waste your time. Super shady, WAY overpriced, and no refunds no matter what the circumstance. Do yourself a favor and adopt a shelter dog. Yes, these ones are super cute, but only as a result of puppy mills and in-breeding.

What an awesome store! I've been going in this store for years and I am always so happy when I leave. The animals all seem very clean, happy, healthy and well looked after. The best time to go in is during dinner time lol. All the animals are eating and playing. The staff is very helpful and informed. All around a great store!

If I could give no stars I would! Animals sitting/sleeping in their own feces on multiple occasions. Multiple large dogs in one small space. No cats because they probably all died. It's just a sad place...left feeling sorry and depressed instead of all warm and fuzzy. 😥 This place should be condemned. I don't understand why this place is still open!
