I really hate posting negative reviews but I NEED to share my experience... This was my first (and last) visit to Perfect Ten. My first impression was that the shop was not clean. I wanted a simple manicure and the women who serviced me was nice but she did not seem like she knew what she was doing. The utensils used during my service were dirty and did not look like they had been sanitised in years. Before she started polishing my nails I asked to use the bathroom... the bathroom was disgusting to the point that I did not want to btouch anything, and I literally almost vomited. Omg it was like a dungeon in there! When my services resumed, the basics were completed: base coat, 2 coats of polish, and top coat, let dry. I guess I was satisfied with the end result. When I got home I made a sandwich and washed my plate then looked down at my nails and I couldn't believe my eyes. The polish had chipped off one nail entirely and also experienced major chipping on multiple nails. It looked like my manicure was 3 weeks old as opposed to 3 hours old. I will NEVER return to this shop. I was so angry I'm not even going to have them fix it.

Get my nails done it's fine I got my feet done had to make a trip to ER they don't clean products so I got foot infection

The worst Gel manicure I've ever had, polish didn't last longer than 4 days! Terrible customer service, tech's did not want to refund money. Be careful getting your pedicure the room smells like mildew! They don't even have the toe separators, she used paper towel and they're not using new utensils. I'll NEVER be back! The salon is ghetto and I wouldn't be surprised if it were to be shut down by the health department.

First I will say I got my feet done and was scared because they didn't look clean in there at all probably one of the dirties salons I've ever seen..my feet were done well she didn't take her time she rushed through and when it came too my nails I showed her the picture and asked her could she stay true to the style I already had they were pretty long so I need a serious cut down but I would like to keep the shape first she messed up the shape completely and it was  lopsided  than she just kept packing on  acrylic then she convinced me to wait for someone else to fix it who was suppose to be the best and she made it even worse smh never go here
