This place is very unprofessional. My daughter had an appointment at 11am today and I got there 15 minutes early there was no one here. Then when the stylist did start to come in she was still sitting there. So one of the stylist stated that I expected to have a stylist when I didn't make an appointment and I corrected her because I did in fact have a appointment the manager just never said with who. The last straw was when this guy who was taking the place of the manager asked one of the ratchet stylist if she could start on my daughters hair being as though we been sitting for 30minutes without being assisted and she pretty my said that she didn't want to do my daughter hair. I took my money elsewhere. Not a very good business.

While I am in love with all the hairstyles that have been done on my daughter's head, except one time with a disgusting overblown troll named Ashley, the wait times are ridiculous. I make sure to be there at 8 so I can have my daughter be one of the first ones seen, but even so, it takes close to 2.5 hours before she's actually in a chair getting styled, not just washed and dried. They need to hire some new stylists that appreciate the customer and their job that don't show up when they feel like it. Smh. I'm still waiting as I write this too. My daughter is asleep in my lap!

i was a new client and i didnt have a good experience there the emypolyess were rude to me and my daughter beacuse they were ready to g home and it was after hours, i wanted to start taking her there but after my experience i wont ever again i understand how sundays be packed but my appointment was at 3 i didnt get seen until 630 the young lady that briaded my daughter hair was  yelling at her beacuse she was irritable beacuse we was there so long but dont take it out on her beacuse u were ready t go home so was yanking my daughters hair and aggestive i wont go there every again and didnt even want to do the style i wanted at first bad experience
