Love Perkins. One of my favorite places to go on the rare occasion I go to a restaurant.  This particular Perkins is kind of hidden away so not a lot of people know it's there. This means usually no long wait time to be seated, not even on a busy Sunday morning.

Was there Monday evening 1 waitress brought dirty coffee cup said she would get clean one ended up getting it myself. Ordered five for five with sausage came with burnt bacon. Wife ordered waffle hard around edge close to being burnt. Lousy food and service last few times we been there won't be back.

We just left Perkins a few minutes ago and I was VERY unhappy with my service. We seated and our waitress never came and spoke to us and we waited for about 10 minutes and she was running around talking to the ONLY other table in the restaurant and she still "didn't have time" to introduce herself and take our order. My boyfriend even told me of past experiences and I can promise we won't be coming back.

I was their with some friends for breakfast. Victoria was our server. She was what they other server should be like. The professional way we were treated was above the top. Service couldn't have been any better.

Management was loud and abrasive and unable to diplomatically resolve a conflict. Scratch me off the Perkins list. Especially Saturday afternoons.  Food was sub par under her watch too. If I have to listen to someone READ out loud to a non deaf person and then listen to the Manager sing religious songs .. well Perkins you're going to lose customers.
