I have been to this particular Perkins on two occasions, and vow never to return! Both times service was unacceptably slow and non-responsive. We waited more than 20 minutes at our table before being acknowledged. The waitress walked by our table repeatedly and refused to make eye contact. Tonight, everything that we required had to be requested by flagging someone down. Empty plates piled, we waited for the check to be delivered yet continued to be walked past, so we finally put on our jackets and went to the register to request the check. The table behind us never sat it out, instead leaving before ordering due to the incredibly poor service. Cannot recommend.

Food was delicious and wait staff very friendly, but it took a good 45+ minutes from time of ordering for us to get our food. Thankfully this was a small get together lunch and we enjoyed visiting with each other.  They play music in the background, but not loud, so easy to converse.  I had the triple play deal for $10, got a half sandwich, salad and piece of wonderful pie, French silk.  I'd think twice if in a hurry for lunch but if you have time it's worth the wait imo.

While most Perkins restaurants have decent food and service, this one suffers from some serious service issues. The servers are almost always friendly and apologetic, but there's a long wait between sitting and getting, and ordering and service. They blame it on the surprise rush they get when a half dozen groups arrive at 6PM. Like that's not a common time for dinner. If you're down for some Perkins food, drive a little more and hit the next one down the road until they turn this one around.

Service 1 star, food 2-3 stars.  Mid-evening (8-10pm) visit.  Server was on her phone, hostess had to help with getting our table water.  Big water spill at our table - we managed flood abatement at our table on our own - server nearby but was on her phone.   Server did get us our food and the check.  Had to get hostess for a take-away box - server was on her phone.  Omelettes and hash browns were reasonable.  Pancakes were slightly dry/hard not sure, but just not entirely pleasant.  Pancake flavor also a bit below expectations.  Tried to compensate with more butter and syrup, but the butter seemed to be some sort of industrial butter-like product, but not actually butter.  Overall pancakes were disappointing, even more so because that's why we stopped in the first place.

We arrived and ordered lunch at this restaurant. The food was delicious and wait staff very friendly.  We loved eating here.
