Great community atmosphere with supportive and knowledgeable coaches.

Working out has always been part of my daily routine. Perry Hall CrossFit has changed my life for the better. As a member of the US Armed Forces for 25 years, I have seen a vast improvement over a wide range of athletic movements that help me in my day-to-day life. Joining PHCF is the best decision that I have made in a long time.

Awesome environment that caters to both elite athletes and to first timers. Small classe sizes and dedicated coaches make improvement a constant. Really a great place to get in better shape and meet fantastic people.

I had wasted months, even years at local gyms trying to not just get back in shape but to do it by having fun- nope. I can honestly say that joining #PHCF was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Working out is an absolute blast and something that I actually look forward to. To be surrounded by great athletes that do not judge, but rather motivate is very rewarding. Even more rewarding to me though is being surrounded by beginners that refuse to give up in order to reach their goals! If you are a beginner, already in shape or in phenomenal shape I strongly suggest you contact Alfred, Phil, Val and the rest of the awesome coaching staff for a visit!
