We have been going there for 9 years and today we left. We left because of the staff. The doctors are wonderful but the staff they hired are rude and disrespectful. We will never go back. THE STAFF IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! Please don't take your kids there. They have issue with billing and charging patients for visits they never made. They have a company policies about billing that none of the patients know about. I was told today January 30th, 2018, that the doctors do not deal with billing she (the billing manager) no name was given, and there isn't any doctor to talk to about these issues but I highly doubt that but we just left because we were angry.

Absolutely terrible. Have been going here for years and will be changing. I have never gotten in even once within an hour of my appointment time. The double, triple, quadruple book and never even come close to your scheduled time. If you dare come here make sure you either take the entire day off of work or plan on have your scheduled day of ruined. Greedy doctors!

Before you are taking your child to this place you really need to be careful. My child has been going to this place for the past 6 years. Guess what, I recently removed my child and went to another pediatric place because one of the doctors who work there prescribed my child a wrong medication and lies about. The doctors could not explain why a wrong medication was prescribed to the child in which the child was very sick...

I've been going to Personal Care Pediatrics since they were at their old location. This is their new location. Very homey and comfortable. The office staff are very pleasant in person and on the phone. I see all the doctors and they are wonderful. They are very attentive, prompt, and friendly. You can tell they really care about their patients.
