I’m giving it 2 Because I had no wait 5 mins and one for the follow up call after my visit. The poor rating is due to improper diagnosis. I explained I used a qtip on vacation and my ears feel clogged I cannot hear for weeks. They saw infection but did not go to the source of the problem. Wax! Two weeks later another hospital visit and an urgent care visit and two sets of antibiotics the problem still not resolved. I went to Broward Emergency in Coral Springs. The doctor and Nurse saw it was the wax. They took warm peroxide and suctioned it out. I’m not sure if this Creek hospital was not familiar or just didn’t want to do it. But I couldn’t hear for weeks! Glad I finally got help. It cost me $95 ear drops which I didn’t need.

My father  had a urinary track infection.
Our experience was not bad they acted very fast, the front desk guy was ok,  not friendly but he did his job, he was place in one of the rooms very quickly. The doctor was pleasant she took her time to talk to us and explained  the situation, however the nurse angelica was very rude, she did not introduced herself, we didn't even know who she was, also did not even said hello, she walked in and out the room ignoring us. Did not washed her hands or wore gloves while handling intravenous lines. Overall the we loved the Doctor.

Everyone here during my visit was super nice and in my opinion had a textbook attitude regarding beside manner coming from some one who has been in a medical field.

The people are great.
There so nice and realy care💕 about you and your children. Im so happy they opened so much easier and faster better then going to the ER . love😁
