The veterinarian and staff that we saw here were incredible. We could tell almost instantly that the people who work here are dedicated to providing the best possible quality of care to their patients. We had to have our dog euthanized and we couldn't believe the kindness and compassion we were shown by the wonderful people here. We owe them our deepest gratitude for being so amazing during such a tough time for our family.

Even though we were there from out of town the service was excellent. They took care of our dog, on a Saturday afternoon, and provided for his needs. Probably the most shocking part was they are very reasonable on what they charge and it included medications. Highly recommend.

Super nice and positive. Took doggie in at 4am in snow storm and the receptionist came out and helped me, and Earl, the Vet, had great bedside manner,  super gentle with my old dog, and really careful with him. Everything went really well.

I brought in my critically ill kitty after he suffered a urinary blockage and had to be transferred over from our regular vet. Even though they were already dealing with a hectic night and another critical animal, they were already up to speed on the situation with our cat (per our other vet), immediately took us back to a private room, and moved our kitty to a location where they could monitor his condition while they stabilized their other critical patient. The tech brought us regular updates and made sure we knew our cat was in good hands. When the Dr. Choate was out of surgery, she met with us and gave us a detailed explanation of what was wrong and all the possible outcomes. She called us anytime there was news and gave us straight-forward updates on his prognosis. We also got calls at every shift change. When I went to visit my cat the next day, I got another very helpful and informative update from Dr. Johnson, and they let me stay and sit with my cat as long as I wanted. When my cat's health really cratered, they kept him on support until my husband and I could arrive and make decisions about how to proceed. Dr. Johnson didn't pressure us or rush us or judge us. She gave us all the information we asked for and gave us realistic expectations and trusted us to decide what was best. Sadly, we were all ultimately unable to save my sweet cat, but the vets and techs at Pet Emergency supported us through every step with kindness, compassion, and thorough medical knowledge. Thanks to them, we were able to say goodbye to our treasured friend knowing we had all done our best to help him, and we were able hold him in our arms in privacy while he passed. Thank you, Pet Emergency - particularly Dr. Choate, Dr. Johnson, Jessie, and Katy. At an extremely difficult time, your care was deeply appreciated.
