Dr Rachel is outstanding! We've been using OVC for years and have always been completely satisfied. They are always busy for a reason; their vets, technicians, and front staff never disappoint! Call ahead for an appointment whenever possible, but they do take walk-ins when they can.

My dog has been seen for the same issue multiple times by a different clinic and each time they run the same tests, tell me the same thing, prescribe the same medication, and charge me exorbitant amounts of money. Meanwhile, my dog experiences no relief. So, I decided to bring him to Orchards and I couldn't be more impressed. Dr. Judd was able to tell me what was wrong with my boy just by visually checking him out. He didn't push unnecessary tests or medications on me and even encouraged me to pick them up at Costco. He spent a pretty significant amount of time with us and even put some topical medication on my pup's problem areas, and I got out of there with just the office visit fee of $45! Also, the staff were all extremely pleasant and even the patients all seemed in good spirits, like they knew they were in a great place. Just an overall great morale there. They just earned a lifelong client.

I love Orchards! They are friendly and professional from the front desk in up! I love Dr. Eric but when I've had to see another doctor, I've really liked them as well. Doctor Steve did a beautiful job doing surgical lump removal on my precious doodle!

Great service,  very kind and professional. I was a walk in patient and they took good care of my pup in their buys schedule! also witnessed one of the assistants help a mom with her kids, getting them seated and finding coloring material so the mom could bring the dog inside and get checked in. It was so sweet.

Always good.   We have been going there for years.   Of course Dr.Eric  always seems to have the right answers.  Great staff, great doctors.
