They've always been good with our dog.  This past week we had to say goodbye to him and they were sensitive and kind.  We appreciated them a lot.  Thank you and God bless you for how much you care.

3 stars because I had a mixed experience. The staff in general was kind, Jenni the nurse was awesome. 

The Vet that works on the weekends, Dr Barger (sp?) was awesome, I wish we could have had him the entire time. By far my favorite. 

Dr. Brenner was good as well. 

Dr. Morrow seemed to have little compassion. Short, blunt, did not explain clear options to us. More or less, gave us “the results” and we were left to ask and guess what we should or could do at the point. As if we had to create our own treatment plan. 
Not that she was not knowledgeable, I suppose, but if I had to explain my experience with her specifically  I would put it simply - ‘seemed as though she was frustrated that she had to deal with us’

My rating is based solely on my customer service experience. 

I believe they took honest care of our pet, Skip, but we’ll be burrying him in the morning.

Great place to take your pets. Our dog had some "hot spots" on his back, called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get us in that afternoon.
