It kills me to see how they treat the animals. The puppies are in tight, glass cages stacked on top of each other. The kittens are also in a glass facing everyone who passes by at the mall. Potbelly pigs are in a small cage where kids can freely pet them. Poor babies. These animals should be outside with an owner happily playing in the grass, or chewing on shoes like they’re supposed to. They aren’t supposed to be smashed in a small cage with newspaper covering the bottom. Today I will start Project Save Me. If you are reading this, think about how the animals need love and care. Project Save Me is where we need to save these animals by adopting them from Pet Fair. Maybe you can even foster a pet and give them to a loving owner. Project Save Me will save so many animals. If you still need convincing, go to PETA and see how the world is treating other animals.

This place needs to be shut down. Stores like this should not exist. The puppies in here are crammed together in small enclosures, and some of them were obviously bullying the other puppies while we were there. One fluffy puppy had a bassett puppy cornered and was barking and nipping aggressively towards him. The poor bassett was just cowering in the corner. They should not be in those enclosures at all, but especially not with dogs they can’t get along with!! I would have said something but then the bassett got pulled out for someone to look at him. These places are just wrong and it is not the right environment to adopt an animal from. I’ll bet these animals are alone all night long til the store reopens the next day, which is much longer than dogs, especially puppies, should be left alone. They’re not learning any manners or training being shut in there, they are treated about the same as shelter dogs but at 100x the price. And the exposure to sickness... Not worth the $1000+ for a purebred dog. You’re much better off getting a dog from a shelter or rescue. Dogs from rescues come from foster homes, where they have already been rehabilitated and are learning manners and starting to be trained. Much cheaper and you’ll have a more well-rounded dog. Puppy mills and pet stores must be made illegal!!

The dog area called "Puppy Run" I believe, is very dangerous for toddlers and small children. My son was bit all the way thru the ear by one of the German Shepherd puppies. The staff knew that the dog has a strong bite, and it was acting aggressive; however, they just pointed to their sign that says they are not responsible for animal bites, scratches etc. When the bite occurred, the staff did not care about my son; they were defensive and were more worried about their dog than my son. My son was purposefully staying away from the dog, and the dog bit his hand, and then his ear very quickly. The staff obviously are not taking proper steps to warn people to keep their children away from the dogs which are prone to biting or aggressive behavior. There is no way a customer can know which dogs are aggressive; but even though they have the sign warning customers; they should also take steps to ensure that vicious dogs are not placed near children. I will not visit this store in the future, as they don't care of the safety or well-being of my children.

Don't buy the animals here. They don't even care what happens to these poor babies, I bet that they get these dogs from puppy mills. I was just online looking at their dogs and I looked at this cocker spaniel and his eyes were puffy and red. Last time I came to the pet fair I saw that the PUPPIES are in this very tiny space with at least three or two dogs in each cage. I feel so bad.( If I were in a tiny fish bowl like them I would get scared from kids smudging their faces to the screen and I would feel like I could run out of air in any second from being in such a small place with three tops of dogs in a tiny fish bowl while they are breathing out carbon dioxide and loosing air!) Don't buy from them or you would basically be supporting PUPPY MILLS! All these dogs have problems, but the workers don't care if they does they won't take them to the vet. Nobody who works there will tell you the truth if these animals have some kind of problem! : ,, (

The only reason I enter this store is to admire the puppies and all the animals. But the reason I'm giving this place a one star rating is because around the beginning of the year, I stopped by, and there was a dog in the little corral they have, the employees were trying to make it do something, and when it didn't do it, they smacked the puppy on the head, which infuriated me. I didn't say anything because I'm a rather shy person, but this counts. And the poor guinea pigs, they should really keep them covered so that customers don't pick them up. If they're under their logs, it's because they're scared and trying to hide. People just pick up the log and touch them anyways.
