Good range of items. Mostly reasonable prices. I came in to redeem a coupon for my bird's birthday which is a fun little piece of customer service; they had a good range of toys, food, and other items, and it was easy to redeem the coupon. Clean store with a number of sections for different animals (though they didn't seem to have any birds there, just items for them; if they did I missed them).

Do 98% of my pet shopping here at this location... employees are always very nice and helpful. Has better selection then the near by Petsmart as well.

I come here often. The store is a smaller location so the selection is somewhat limited. However it is always a pleasure to stop by because of one employee. On my most recent visit I remembered to get his name, which is Shaquille. He always greets me with a smile and is eager to help. Unfortunately this cannot be said about their other employee EJ who was  one of the rudest people I've ever had to interact with. I hope that management reads these reviews because I want to see Shaquille become a manager, he deserves it. And I hope they get rid of the employees who treat their regular customers like garbage.

Good prices..found what i was looking for at 40% of the price that Petsmart wanted and it wasnt even on sale.

Mason Road Katy,TX.
I would rate 5, but the salon cannot handle big dogs,  as it went with mine at one time.  I love the Pals Awards and staff in store, some familiar faces are gone though.  I'm contemplating the dog training w/Amanda, I've observed her and liked chatting with her a few times and feel confident to go ahead with it. :)
