They gave me a large rat when I asked for a medium one. My snake is having a hard time eating it. And I called them and told them and the said there’s noting the could do. I would have to buy another one. I won’t be getting my feeders there anymore I will go someplace else.

Bought several bettas here. They were very small to start with. 2 of the 3 died within 30 days. They provided a credit for the first one but not the second. The third is alive and happy. Their prices are a bit high and selection is limited. They sell bearded dragons but no desert UVB bulbs.

I LOVE this pet store more than any other pet store I've ever shopped. In fact I will never shop at any other pet supply store again. Their staff is kind & compassionate. I never feel rushed when I have questions & always sense their true interest in helping me to make a purchase. I have two sick kitties. One w/diabetes & another with cancer. The employees at this store have taken their free time to research what foods would be best for my kitties and have been sincere about their empathy for their health issues. The employees at this store always make me feel confident about my purchases. This store carries the best and most healthy foods and other care products such as treats, oral care, fibers, critical care gel, salmon oils and much more. This store is very well managed & the employees are well trained & friendly. Hey, corporate... they deserve a great holiday bonus!!
