We moved here a year ago.  At that time, the store was clean, tanks were clean and well stocked.  That has definitely slid over the last year.  However, their decoration selection is great, and they have a number of nano tanks that only the special aquatics stores usually have.  And I know that whenever Sarah works, the tanks will be clean and we will get helped when we need to.

When I walked in the employees just looked at me without speaking. It was very cluttered and messy is the store. Boxes stacked blocking the aisles. I went to look at the fish thinking someone would come ask if I needed help but they didn’t. As I was walking out one lady behind the register was just playing on her phone and still didn’t speak. Will not be going back! These people seriously need some customer service training!

Our shop here pretty regular I have bought many fish from them they have a great selection however I think the selection might be sickly from wherever they get them for the past 2 years I have had roughly 15 different fish and all have died within a month or two I had the water tested clean the tank changed up everything that was recommended and the fish still do not live as far as dog toys they have some of the better prices I tend to get dog toys are very reasonable they also tend to carry products that other places do not carry which is a positive all in all I gave it a 3 due to the bad deals I've had on the fish being that I love fish and now I've had to shut down my 25 gallon aquarium

Literally just sat back down in my car after going in pet supermarket on Highway five and Douglasville. Not one single employee spoke to me and certainly didn’t offer to help. I did have a question which is still unanswered.  To note they were not busy, they were standing behind the registers talking amongst themselves. I have 15 Cats at home that will not be getting food from here.
