This is a great pet store that carries everything you need for your beloved pets! Always friendly and helpful staff. They really seem to enjoy their jobs and they always aim to make their customers happy!! They have an excellent selection of dog and cat food, treats and toys from many of the top brands in the industry! Excellent selection of live fish too! They sell many types of fish I cannot find in most other pet stores!

It's OK, the pet supply selection is good. However the ferrets are truly sad to see in such a small enclosure. At $170 each I'm doubtful they will be adopted soon, they should at least be comfortable until then. They only have a small triangle just large enough for 2 to lay side by side. The fish set up may be the best animal set up in the store. Except for the tank of dead ghost shrimp.

This place is great! The staff recognizes us every time we come in and are aways welcoming and friendly. They are nice to our dogs and try to recommend the best food for our pups. They have a huge selection of toys and bones which is half the reason why I go here, and their prices are great compared to PetSmart. I always have a coupon (they send them by email quite frequently) and every couple months, they mail me a "free 35 lb bag of food" coupon!! You can't beat that!!

The manager took note of the line of customers waiting to ring out without a cashier there... he asked us to have patience as they were redesigning the store for Christmas. 5 people in line to pay. He took 2 other employees and went on to measure shelving units almost 20 minutes in line... Hope the store looks good cause I won't be back.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are always willing to answers pet related questions, and if they don't know an answer, they find out.
