I absolutely enjoy walking into the new store every time I go. The staff is exceptionally knowledgeable and always has what I need in house. Prices are a little high but I feel the quality of the service and health of the livestock is higher than other local places.

Great place with fantastic ownership and engagement of the employees.  Unbelievable how just about everyone in the store desperately wants to be there.  The best selection of fish and corals on a consistent basis that I've seen.  Mostly salt water at this time.

They are very experienced and helpful. Nice people that are willing to answer any questions related to salt or fresh water aquarium life. Will definitely be going back to them.

I highly recommend Triad Reef Critters  for all you Fish and Aquarium needs!  The staff are not only knowledgeable but take customer service to the next level. They aren't interested in solely making the sale. They are invested in helping you find the best fit for aquariums, equipment, accessories and the right FISH for your lifestyle/home. They offer a diverse variety of products, with recommendations, to ensure you are well taken care of without making return trips for "this didn't work" items. 

Honestly, how many times have you gone to a store and the employees aren't knowledgeable about what they're selling?  You won't find that here!  And, when I've had questions or had problems, they are quick to answer any questions and provide helpful suggestions and recommendations. 

No matter if you spend $10 or $10,000, everyone is treated with the same level of exceptional customer service!  Many thanks to Dexter, JJ and the staff at Triad Reef Critters for going above and beyond to meet my needs!!!
