The staff is super friendly! Very knowledgeable about their products and animal needs. Not sure the employee's name but she helped me get my heavy purchase into my car I am pregnant with twins and was really nervous to ask for help but she was super nice and insisted on helping me.

The staff are always fantastically nice and knowledgeable. Always find what I need. Kelly of the manager is just great all around, love her.

The people here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Not as inexpensive as some of the chain pet stores but much closer and it's always nice to support your local businesses!
