I have patronized this business for 20 years. Past two visits have resulted in unfavorable incidents. Both involved same manager. Asked for the opportunity to speak with the owner to no avail. I support local business, but I may have to reconsider my belief. I find it very interesting that I asked to speak to the owner but was assured that she did not speak with customers directly. How ironic that she has answered every post but mine. Possibly I am not a preferred customer????

This morning was the first time I have visited this pet store. I was impressed to see all the animals in clean and appropriate tanks! The guinea pigs were my favorite! But I have raised guinea pigs for over a decade now... Of course they are my favorite! Anyways, these animals sure looked healthy and all of their cages looked clean and cozy! The kittens were adorable and all the reptiles were pretty active. Mix that with the knowledgeable staff that they have and I believe these guys deserve more than 5 stars! Way to go Jackson Pet Supplies Plus!!! I will be returning soon!

Worst customer service ever. Everyone was nice but the manager. One lady told me they would exchange a bag of dog food and she understood then the manager told me “she isn’t anybody”. Very unprofessional on his part to talk about a coworker like that. It was past 30 days but when I bought it they told me I could exchange it if he wouldn’t eat it but never said anything about a 30 day policy. I was concerned about the size of the kibble but it was the same brand but for weight management. I talked to an associate and they told me it was the same size but it isn’t. My dog just ran out of his food this week and I just opened it a few days ago. The kibble is bigger. After it sitting in his bowl for 3 days I decided to take it back. I used to shop there for all of my needs but won’t be going back until they get rid of the pompous arrogant jerk of a manager they have now. It’s people like him that hurt brick and mortar stores and send customers to online shopping. So much for saving money... I would rather pay more and be treated with some form of respect as a customer. My only suggestion for customers if you shop here is to avoid the manager at all costs as he won’t help you anyway...

When you walk in people tell you Hello. The selection of Dog Food both dry and can is fantastic. Sugar enjoys going to find a new taste treat. Prices of product are great

Absolute worst, most unprofessional pet supply store that I have ever been to and I have given them THREE chances which was clearly a HUGE mistake on my part. I am, however, happy that others are finding what they need and receiving quality service at this location. I won't be going back again. Good luck! :)
