I love their self serve grooming dog station. No bending, no dragging supplies in. Just walk your dog in the sink and wash away. Even have a blow dryer. Nice variety of pet supplies at a price comparable to other stores. Staff are fabulous.

Love this place. The small animals and birds they sell always seem well cared for. The prices are comparable to the bigger box stores with a much more positive atmosphere. I buy bulk bird seed for cockatiels here regularly and have been very pleased with the price and quality.

Wonderful pet store! Can't say enough good about it! Kody so helpful as I was choosing a bird for the first time. I first called a big box pet store in Waterloo and when I asked ?s there they told me to do my research online then come get what I want, then they put me on hold for 5 min. Finally I just hung up and called Pet Supplies Plus. They were happy to go over anything with me (time and time again) and even had print outs of various bird species I was considering when I went to the store to choose. Very patient and considerate and friendly. Went above and beyond in my opinion. Will be a returning customer for sure!

My daughter's fish tank glass broke so I went to the closest place to grab a new one. While there i was frazzled about the whole ordeal and they helped me get everything done and even chatted with me about the fish and way to tell the gender, etc. as I was getting more.

They even price match!

I will only shop here from now on, they were amazing.

Jacob had the exact right amount of chinchillas. Best employee I’ve ever worked with in any industry, ever. Great customer service. Will be back for more chinchillas.
