The employees are friendly and very helpful. They have everything a pet would need or want at great prices. The animals they sell look clean and healthy.

I bought a pair of hamsters there and a cage. The employee said they could live together as long as they were the same species. One hamster killed the other the first night...rather gruesomely, I might add. I called the store to ask the staff why this happened and they immediately told me they should not live together. Now I need to go buy 2 cages so I can keep hamster #1 and hamster #2's replacement alive. If they weren't gifts for my kids, I'd return it all....now I spent far more than I had planned. The store manager offered me $10 off of their overpriced cage for appeasement purposes after I asked for him to help me out. They didn't seem too concerned and the $10 didn't do anything to sway my poor opinion of them. 

The one person I talked to also told me that they were out of the type of hamster I had because they had found that the breeder that was providing them were inbreeding. Needless to say, it was a poor experience all around. They should really just stick to pet supplies.

Not one worker can answer a common sense question. They have no clue what they're talking about. Most fish are dead or half dead especially the Betta. They know nothing of male or female hamsters. Sold me a "male" that had a litter a week later. She was sick and died the first day after birth. Bought hanseter food and opened the bag and dumped into a quart bowl then put lid on. Went to feed hamster and it was a FLEA outbreak. Bought food once again and this time had acorns in it which also caused my price to go up and it was in hamster food which hamsters are NOT suppose to heave any type of nut. They can't tell you anything about the items and the animals. Need better management along with a new crew!
