We ONLY bring our Shih Tzu here, to get a groom from Michelle. Prices are more than fair for a wash, cut, and nail grind. We never leave unhappy. I wouldn't allow the other groomer Mark cut our dogs hair ever again. He doesn't listen and does what he wants, not what the customer requests.

Great range of products for most pets. Friendly staff and we were given a discount because we have a rescue/adoption pet. The discount was not given on subsequent visits but the prices were still reasonable

Horrible customer service on the phone. I called this place Sunday morning to ask a question, the girl on the phone answered me by saying " Who is this" and what do you want.  If i was the manager of that store that girl would be fired on the spot. I did give her attitude by telling her that's how you answer the phone.  Never going to visit this place.
