I had my Bella groomed today at Pet Valu and I was very pleased with the service. Bella looks good. I would take her there again.

Went in to look for a bark collar and a new kind of cat food. Walked down the isles and stood next to the locked cabinet that had the collars. Asked the lady if that's all they had and what ones were the vibrate kind. She said "whatever is there is all we have". Didn't offer to assist me at all. Proceeded to walk down the isles again to get some kind of advice for cat food and was ignored...Asked for help but never received it. Sad because this store is 5mins from my house. Wont be going back

We went to this store  on the 17th of February  and were totally ignored by all of the staff. After wandering around for at least 10 minutes no one ask if we needed  help so we left. It was obvious that they were more interest in their conversation than helping customers.

The store always seems empty and staff never come to help unless you walk to the counter. More aquarium items and actual pets would be a plus.
