On most occasions when I've shopped here I've enjoyed the service, but one particular worker tried to argue with a vet's instructions pertaining to dental chews. She gave me such a hard time about it that I received another opinion from another vet,  and low and behold, the worker was wrong and my vet was right. I'd suggest training your workers on what advice they can/cannot give.

Great selection of food, toys, supplies and novelties for dogs and cats. The staff member who we talked at length with, Elaine, is passionate about animals and proud of the support that the shop gives to local rescues. The dog wash facility is gorgeous and only $10.

Very large store , friendly staff . Wide selection of foods. Overall very pleased. I am a regualar here.
