First time shopper here at pet valu. Very clean and well organized store. Small selection on items but they do price match if something is cheaper in cost elsewhere. I bought instinct cat and dog food but cost was cheaper here than pets mart for same size bag. Customer service was excellent. Not only were they helpful with information but they were also helpful getting my items to my car. I will return again to this store.

Went to this store on Saturday night to buy some tropical fish. 1 clerk in store. Stood by the fish tanks for 15 minutes. I walked to front and saw 1 clerk behind cash register who was very busy. I left and went to pet smart. Hire more help.

I love this place....the people are very friendly every time I've been in there .... they have been very helpful... the place is well kept .... Parking is close........ The only con I can think of is .....sometimes you don't know if it's open because it's not well lit on the outside ....

..... This place just needs more attention brought to it visually from the outside to draw your eye towards it as you almost miss it if you wasn't looking for it again I love this place

If you want to come just to have everything closed early, come here. Also if you like rude men who obviously flirt with all the young women, this is your kind of place.

i just got a baby bunny from here 1 week ago and she has a virus . thanks for not checking the health of your animals before selling them. and now i am stuck with a vet bill because i dont want her to die THANKS
