Friendly staff, really enjoy talking to and helping customers. It's a chain store so prices are either great or so-so depending on what you're going for. The building is clean, well laid out and easy to maneuver in a hurry or to understand when you're just out shopping.

I like PET Smart for it's variety. Small animals, dogs, cats, fish and exotic pets are all addressed. Nice staff. A little spendy, but it has what department stores don't have. I'll be back.

Great prices. I went and bought a 30lb bag of cat food and 56lb, 2 big cans of wet cat food, and a 56lb bag of dog food for a total of $45. Better prices then grocery stores I went to that same day.

As a whole it usually it is a great place to go to get items for your pet(s). They have about every type of pet covered. I shop for my grandkids. So I am looking for pet needs from a Yorkie to a Husky or a Bulldog or a Chinchilla and Desert Lizard or various fish. Every type of pet supply you need from treats to bedding. Pigs ears to chew toys and crickets to vitamins supplements. They have it covered with a smile and pleasant greeting. Prices are within reasonable ranges especially when they are restocking or changing brand type. You can catch deal then that leave you look for the cops because it was marked down so low you feel like you stole it. I go there everytime I get a phone call saying Papaw will you get Penny, Blue, Sandy or Dixie this treat, that food. Can you get Dixie more dust to bathe in? She is almost out. I shop there and recommend it to everyone.

Our Flash (BlueHeeler) loves the weekly or monthly visit, the customer service is always amazing & the employees are always willing to help ! We've gotten Flash groomed once & the ladies did an amazing job! Flash was happy as was I since he was soft & fluffy and smelt amazing !
