I have been going here since they switched to pet value. .. We buy all our fish from here and never had a problem.  Except maybe a couple times an employee gave us bad info on what fish we could mix with the ones we had. But, lucky we caught it in time and they happy to take the fish back in question and refund us our money... Over all great store... No very many places anymore around Richmond you can buy fish.

I am so happy to have a store like this in Richmond. The staff are so pleasant to speak with and very helpful. Since the new manager has been there the store looks a lot cleaner. It is a delight to go in there every week. The manager trys to help out everyone even if he is swamped with questions from employees and other customers. There does seem to be a lot of new employees and I think it is for the better. The manager is always coaching his team and he is very understanding. I wish I had a boss like him. The assistant managers are very helpful also. If I have a question that no one can answer the research and find the answer so I know you get exactly what you need.

Kind of hard to get help sometimes. You have to actively go find help. I like that their live mice aren't terribly expensive. I wish they still carried the rats though.

My girlfriend and I went in there today and the two guys that were there around 5 was cool, kind, helpful, and talkative. They helped us out with some of the questions we had about some of the animals there. Over all it was a great experience.

They was really nice people there. As soon as I went in door everyone just loved my new puppie. Made.me feel good. They was awsome
