Although it gets busy, it's an awesome place. The animals there are treated wonderfully. Everyone says they get their dogs from mills but I know on a personal level that they do not. Uncle Bills is privately owned and operated, it is not a chain pet store and they provide links and photos and summaries of the breeders and their families that supply them with dogs, just check their website and stop spreading false rumors. They even let the dogs out to play around the store before hours and when they close, and get to know each and every one of them. The fish and reptile sections are absolutely awesome, the employees know what they're talking about and I received great advice on the upkeep of a new fish tank. When it's busy it is honestly worth the wait to talk to one of them. I learned so many things I wasn't aware of and was able to solve why my fish were dying so quickly!

I went there to buy a hamster and they had told me it was a male. I purchased the hamster and two days later it had babies so it was obviously a girl. I had to bring her back because she ate all of her babies and they gave me a new hamster which they then again told me was a male. The hamster was so aggressive I couldn’t keep him in my home and when I brought them back one of the managers was extremely disrespectful and embarrassed me infront of the whole store saying the hamster didn’t have balls and it wasn’t a male and he didn’t know who told me that even though it was one of their employees. The hamster cages are absolutely disgusting. They are full of mold and smell terrible. I would never buy another pet from there again. All of the employees are not educated enough about the pets they are taking care of and are very disrespectful to customers.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. YOU ARE SUPPORTING PUPPY MILLS IF YOU DO. If you really want a puppy, get one from a reputable breeder or get a rescue.
