I went to Petsmart to see about grooming packages for my dog, wasn't really helped by the store staff but the pet salon manager Alexia was extremely helpful and informative! We did end up taking my dog somewhere else for cost reasons but I was just blown away by how friendly and kind she was. She listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel better about taking my dog to someone else to be bathed, and even had advice to give from her own experiences of being a pet owner. Most managers couldn't be bothered to take the time for all of that but she did, and it made an impression! I will be bringing my pet in again for supplies and hopefully grooming soon!

Manager is out of uniform, and ignores Radio Calls(from other helpful employees) to come and help customers who need to access locked cabinets.

Great staff who will remember you if you visit regularly (nail trimming). The grooming staff is also great when working on your loved pet.

I liked the groomer, she did a wonderful job I wasn't crazy about the support staff. Just didn't seem to care about the dog. Groomer gets 5 stars

Yes I was late for my dogs grooming, but accidents happen and you try your best to get there. They called me to see if my dog was still gonna make it and I told them what happened and she said that it was fine and she would see is when we get there, well as soon as I was parking I get another call from another person and she said that they were gonna have to cancel the appointment because we weren't there on time. I told her I was literally outside getting my dog out the car and she continued and was VERY RUDE. I told my husband to take him in while I got my kid out the car as well. When I went inside she was telling my husband that she would take him only this time but next time they wont. But the point is the way she was saying it, like she was doing us a HUGE favor, like the grooming was gonna be free. We are paying for the service, if we were a little bit late yea but you shouldn't take advantage of that and be rude about it. I always say to those people working an hourly job, if you dont like your job get another one, stay in school be your own boss do something but you dont have to take it out on other people by being so Rude! But yea my dog did not get groomed that day (my choice) and will not EVER get groomed at this place!!! Other girl was nice but not the other one....she ruined it for everyone.
