Bathe my dog here all the time. Staff is always friendly and helpful!   Only complaint is the cages with the cats that are for adoption are right where the bathing area is and once my dog spies the cat, she goes nuts and startles anyone in the store.   we have a cat at home but it doesn't matter she barks crazy.

I love this store! The staff is knowledgable (without being pushy), helpful, and friendly. Decent selection of products at a reasonable price with lots of sales.

I love this place. Very helpful staff if I have questions. I take advantage of the senior citizen discount day, which is the last Tuesday of each month. I love the pet points rewards, too, because the points add up to cash dollars that can be used toward your bill.

You can't even walk in the door without being attacked my an employee. She asked if I needed help and I said, "No thanks, I'm fine" and  I was just looking for some toys for my dod. She followed me to the toys and I was shown about 25 of them and what they do.  I finally told the employee I would like to look on my own and 2 minutes later, someone else asked me if I wanted help. I put down my purchase and walked out.
