I don’t write reviews but I am writing it specifically for one employee. Brian is the reason I keep coming back to this store because of how knowledgeable and kind he is. I actually live in queens and come back just for Brian’s help. I have a new puppy and never had a dog before Brian helped me so much that this is the petvalu I will always come back to. Thank you Brian for all your help ! Dino thanks you too!

I was a regular customer. Every Friday I have dog a bath. In going today there was a kennal or dog walkers tying up the baths. They told me they had for more after the three getting a bath. I called to see if companies could tie up their faclities via cooperate office. They got back to me and said as long as they were paying customers that is they could. Money talks and it seems loyalty isn't worth it.

I go there with my dad and our dog is a golden retriever. The staff is so helpful and kind and they love every dog that comes in. They have anything you would need to groom your dog a tub, blow dryer, nail cutter, ect. It is great!!

Excellent! took my dog here for a bath after hearing great things. Wasn't let down. Fair prices, plenty of items on sale very kind and knowledgable staff. I had a few questions about certain things my dog does and they were fantastic in recommending new methods to try. This is far better than the larger chain stores I would typically go too.
