Today on 8/24/17 around 9:00 there is a very nice cashier that was trying to be helpful, she did not know the answer to my question so she called her manager to get some help. After several attempts to call the manager she walked to bring him to the register and instead of helping her answer my question he dismissed both of us telling the cashier she should know everything about the products and walked away. If you want to keep your employees they should be trained. If an employee asks a questions to a manager, the manager should help the employee by providing information so the employee will know the next time how to help the customer.

The staff there really gets to know your pet and takes very good care of them. It's a very personal experience.

This location is well stocked and the staff was really nice. We were there to look at a cat for possible adoption. There's a company that comes in on weekends with fostered cats and they were really nice too. It didn't end up working out for us as far as getting a cat, but it was still a really nice experience and a recommended location if you're looking for pet supplies or are interested in adoption. Plenty of parking available.
