The staff members are very friendly and helpful and I'd recommend the grooming to anyone. My dog looked gorgeous afterward. I am quite disappointed in the variety of their products though

I dropped off my cat here for a 10 day stay while my family and I went out. Before we left him, the staff had me help him get used to the kitty cottages by letting me be there with him. All cats have different personalities, and mine just easily gets shy. The staff for PetsHotel was very friendly with him.
As for the kitty cottages, they were larger than I expected. They have two levels here, and enough room for a cat to hide or climb on. The areas are very clean, and hardly smell. You will want to bring your own food if your cat is used to a certain meal, and you will want your own litter that he normally uses as well as the PetSmart there uses a pelleted litter, and you may not like it if your cat's not used to that. (I ended up buying an 8 lb box there since we didn't have any on hand)

Update (August 30, 2017)

So we returned to pick up my cat. From the looks of it, he seemed to have a pretty okay stay. He was a little freaked out upon me trying to get him back into his carrier (That's a bit of an understatement. He started climbing back on the other cat's cottages to try to find a dark spot...)
My cat was clean and he ate most of his food. The staff who got him out for me was very friendly, and helpful as well. I was happy with this experience

This is the second time I have received an in store only promotional email from PetSmart and when I went to the store, the promotion that they were having was different from the email that I received. Both times they accepted the promotion I received.  I do appreciate that they accept the promotion, however, I just wonder why this keeps happening

If I could give no stars I would. This is a review on the groomers st this particular petsmart. I bought my dog in to get groomed last month and the groomer, shadai burned him with the blower and was rough with my dog. He was terrified of the blower and that particular groomer. Fast forward to today, myh dog had an appointment to get groomed with Lissette. I dropped him off at 7am and went at 10:30am to see if he was finished(usually takes 2 hours to groom him). Apparently, shadai was at the front desk and she was rude along with her other coworkers who gave me nothing but excuses as to why my dog wasn't ready. Then, I'm told shadai groomed him after I booked Lissette to groom him. I was livid since he doesn't like shadai after she hurt him last time. If you care about your dog, you will steer clear of this place.
