Poor customer service. Wait times are ridiculous and prices are sky high. Only reason I came here was the referral from the pet store. Go to CityVet instead if you can. Not only is it cheaper, but better service as well.

NEVER COME HERE! This office has the worst customer service. I had an appointment to get my dog fixed for nearly 2 months and the day of the surgery I walk in and was told they cancelled the appointment. No call, no email or anything. The guy then tells me that they don't know when they're gonna be able to reschedule the appointment and it may be a month or so out. Don't come here unless you want your time wasted! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Over priced. Always tying to find another way to sell you something you don't need. Petland scam will cost you as much as the dog. Just to to a local vet you will be better off. They split into many visits and do more than needed Good luck.

RUN! DO NOT set foot into this clinic. They would not be open if it wasn't for Petlands's business. The staff is extremely rude. Dr. Moore does not care about the well being of the animals he sees. I wish I would have never came to this establishment. It's a horrible excuse for a vet. They are extremely over priced for the in adequate services that you receive. If you would like to go to the good that I highly recommend going to a VCA animal hospital I only came to this location because of the "free" Exam is that you get when you get a puppy from Petland. I'd rather go and spend my own money at my normal vet for the inconsistency and the unprofessionalism of this establishment. Not worth my time, my energy, and I feel horrible for putting my animals well-being in the hands of this clinic. Please do not go to this clinic based on the "Good" reviews, They are all lying. Do yourself and the well-being of your animal a favor and do not go to this clinic I urge everybody reading this post.
