Since I moved to North Dallas, i have been bringing my 4 dogs to them for general and emergency situations (and with 4, they happen often). The service is great and quite efficient (this was not so good until a few months ago, but they changed their processes and we don’t have to wait long in a room full of dogs). The doctors are very knowledgeable and take the time to talk to us through everything. They have always been able to see my dogs on short notice if need be and are well coordinated with the emergency clinic, which is great too! For other owners, please consider pet insurance, I recommend Healthy Paws. See my puppy!

Dakota was initially found nearby and has only been to PRAH, they treat us like family and she considers PRAH her second home. Dakota has experienced some serious paw issues due to her allergies, which began around May 2017. PRAH went above and beyond (they always do!) until we had to visit the ADRC. The communication between Dr Lauren and our dermatologist has been wonderful and we've made progress over the year. I can't compliment the staff enough at the office, they are always professional and have a smile on their faces. We've seen all the vets at PRAH, and I would highly recommend Dr Lauren, Dr Julie, Dr Sam or Dr Sue, they're all fantastic!

The staff here has been super friendly and tentative to my bearded dragon. I spoke with a vet tech for quite a while when I originally called, she was more than happy to answer my questions and give me her best evaluation of the situation. After his appointment, I still had concerns a few days following. A different vet tech was also really friendly and helped me to the best of her ability. Dr. Lauren called me back herself, which I thought was really awesome since that's not something that's very common anymore, usually it's delegated to someone else. She left a detailed message and it was comforting to see that the staff clearly cared about my little scale baby's health as much as I do. I would HIGHLY recommend this office. They go above and beyond and they make customers and pets feel like they're all a part of their friendly family!

Great vet. Took my dog here and I love the way they treat him every time we go. My dog (Rocky) have only been to this clinic and I will still take him here. I do recommend you this clinic!!!

We were visiting Dallas from Austin this weekend & our 13 lb dog was attacked by an 80lb shepherd mix. We visited Chastain - Preston Road out of necessity & proximity -- but we had an amazing experience. Dr. Lauren Bernstein was incredibly thorough & put us completely at ease in a traumatic situation. She & April (Silly Putty's nurse) were fantastic & very caring. I really wish we could take Silly Putty there permanently.
