I live in Rayville but come to Shreveport often. I shop here every time I am in town. The mom and pop feel of the store is wonderful. Even more, the staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with. They are so knowledgeable and helpful. They take their time to help you find just what you need!!! First class pet supplies store!

Got a new puppy and needed everything and someone to tell me what I would really need. Young Lady at store personally walked us around to get food, dog tags, flea meds, dog wash, etc. One stop shopping! Great experience!

It's hit or miss. Just compare prices with the mom & pop pet shops. Pet Zone has a big selection but sometimes hurts the wallet.

Not a stuid chain store. The people are friendly and helpful. All the animals are well taken care of

A rare find --- A locally owned pet shop! The owner is usually there to answer any questions you may have. There are also always several employees there to assist customers . Great shop with a wide array of pets and supplies. Very reasonable prices!Fish, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and more.
