Okay, story time! I am NOT a pet person... And have NO clue what to even do in a store like this... But my brother has been studying up on parakeets and other small birds for a year now, scrimping and saving the pennies he finds on the street, the money he makes mowing our neighbors grass, and any birthday money or other change he finds hoping to buy himself his very first pet ever... And they have been SUCH a help here at the store! They never seemed to mind him coming in and pestering them with all of his exuberant questions, they would let him come in and be with the birds, and they even let him leave each time feeling like he had taught THEM something about the little birds!! My brother now has his parakeet, the right sized cage, the toys and the food and the knowledge necessary to be a fantastic pet owner. Thank you so much all of you at PetSmart! I would never have known what to do with that boy's love of these little creatures! He has never been so happy! I would give you all 10 stars if I could!! And all the money in the world for his smiles and the love he has for that bird! God bless!

I like this place and they have some good quality dog food, but I don't like their high prices on their dog food! And the service is not very good! Hard to find someone to ask for help finding a certain food! They can't keep good employees, they change every time I go there, different people working!

I love the sales staff. They know their products. The prices are good and the product selection is great. My pets love me to shop there.
