Awesome customer service, few weeks ago my dog had upset stomach I bought some spray and diaper which ended up not working because my dog is too big for the diapers , and the spray I didn’t like.Even though I used three of the diapers they gave me full money back after almost 2 1/2 weeks, Which I was not expecting at all I just asked to be curious. Great customer service guys.

Employees are VERY knowledgeable and don't give you misleading advice or care tips. Very helpful and friendly. So hard to find employees like this at other big chain stores.

My choice in pet care. The staff is always ready to help me with problems and knowledgeable about how to safely and successfully expand my many pretty projects. I work with special needs animals and when I come across a new problem or situation they are always there to solve my problem or suggest new ways to approach it. Love these guys.
