Listen up pet parents.... DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE TO BE GROOMED!  I just spent a week calling corporate which of course was a disappointment due to the way my pup and I were treated when I brought to the grooming salons attention that a product they used broke out my pup. There was an incident before where no one called to tell me my pup was finished grooming. After a few hours I got concerned and called THEM. I was told my pup had been ready hours ago and "someone was supposed to call me but forgot to"????? So because their rude, lying, incompetent grooming staff and the attitude filled manager got upset about my complaining; I was told they will no longer groom my pup not even trim her nails! There so called "district manager lies, doesn't follow up, and the staff lie as well. There's too much competition out here for anyone to have to deal with crappy, poor grooming, and less then stellar customer service. I honestly don't know how people like this have a job dealing with the public! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE take your babies to Pets Mart! Save yourself a head ache and having to deal with any of this.

Was greeted the minute we walked in the door and the gentleman helped us find everything we needed. Very good customer service

The bearded guys that I have to seek out and ask for help with the aquatics dept each and everytime always seem very annoyed to have to help get anything for me. I'd gladly help myself but I'm sure they'd frown upon me getting my own fish. Sucks!

We go here once a month to get about 80 lbs of dog food. They are really never that busy or do you have to wait in line. The cost is a bit more than if I were to get it at Walmart but they dont carry the brand that my wife likes to get. When my wife goes without me they help carry the bags to the car for her, and have some pretty nice employees that work there.
