Generally a great location. They give lots of pet food coupons on the loyalty card. The staff, while not numerous (and likely very strained) always manages to smile and know where everything is. The cat-room sitters are very helpful and knowledgeable about their fur babies. Always clean and well-lit with a good selection of pretty much everything despite being one of the smaller locations. I always find myself wandering though the cat toys and beds, as they often have great clearance prices on toys and beds.  I appreciate how clean and organized the store remains, the employees here really are top notch. 
   They keep their betas in tiny cups which is completely uncool and sell those 1-gallon beta tanks (100% not how you care for betas, bettas need 5 gallon tanks) which I think is completely inappropriate for a pet store. Know how to care for your own pets. I don't care that torturing betas is the hot pet store thing to do. Have some standards.
   They run out of frozen small 3-pack rats and frozen medium feeder rats quick so I often have to come back and try to get them another time. It's not really an issue  since they order plenty but just as a warning: don't bank on your snake's food being here if you need it ASAP. Their mice are MUCH cheaper than PetSmart's which is likely why the run out so quick. 
  They don't price match to their own website which is kind of upsetting- I understand local stores have local prices, but when I drive out the store looking for a specific product there's a good deal on I can't even get it at that price. I wish the website had "stores don't honor website prices" clearly posted on every item's page so no one has to make the same mistakes I did.  I've never seen a big chain store not honor their website prices and they need to get with the times.

Love this store, always very clean, very knowledgeable staff, you can tell these people love animals and really know their product. 5/5 Highly recommend.

Placed in a large sprawling shopping area but easily accessible from the 183 access road.  It has most of what you'd expect. Lightly staffed but rarely busy when I go.

A few cents more than at the sMart place, but I can walk in and find a helper IMMEDIATELY. At the other place you can wander around for 15 minutes before you get to ask a simple question. My time and feet appreciate that. So I spent $2 more. Big whoop. I got exactly what I needed, Marcus was awesome, and my back and feet aren't sore. btw No you don't have to carry a loyalty card. Just punch in ph#, easy.
