They have a great selection no matter what you are looking for and their employees are all very nice, friendly and helpful. If you're looking for pets or pretty supplies try this location they are great. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because many of the products are cheaper online.

I left my dog for two nights in the pet hotel. The desk staff - both at drop-off and pick-up - were kind and thoughtful. My dog was well taken care of. Thank you.

Great workers. They act like they really care even though it's painfully obvious they're understaffed. One associate Elizabeth by the hamsters talked with me for twenty minutes to educate me on my new tank for my girls. I was asking a lot of questions and she was very patient. Checkout was as fast as could be expected , and any time I have an issue they always work hard to resolve it.

I have been going to Petsmart for 5 years. I've always had great service, until 9/01/17. I went to the one in Cedar Park located on 1335 E. Whitestone boulevard Suit F 78613. It was then I had the worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. I was told over the phone; before I went it would only cost me $56. I was unable to pick them up myself because it was for two dogs, one of which is over 80 lbs, and I have an infant. When my friend got there to pick them up I was charged $99.57! I called up there so they could tell me why I was charged almost twice as much as we had agreed on on the phone previously. When the manager got on the phone, she didn't even let me ask questions. She instead persisted with a horrible attitude and I was rushed off the phone without clearly getting an explaination. Worst service ever!

I love this pet smart! The staff is so kind. I love the trainer she is so sweet and always makes time to get me in for privates lessons for my service dog! I couldn't ask for a better person to help me train him! I'm so grateful. If you can train with Kim she is a amazing trainer!
