Despite all the bad reviews we bought a puppy anyway. He came registered with full pedigree information and microchip. He was current on all vaccinations and had even had flu shots. Patricia was great, let us in early and negotiated with us on a very reasonable price for a schnauzer that has champion blood lines. People have written how all the dogs are sick which I did not find to be true. Yes they are in relatively small kennels, they all seemed happy and healthy. Our pup is absolutely perfect and was given a complete work up at our vet and he passed with flying colors. If you know what you want and do your research then I would recommend Puppy Love. They give you 3 days to get a wellness check, 7 day return policy and one year health guarantee. They cover all meds should your Puppy contract any illness, like kennel cough. We are in love and very happy with our experience.

“We check your credit to see how much you qualify for” - Store Owner. If that’s the really case then why is there a cap of $500 on two different people, one being me of a really amazing credit score. Secondly, the owner can’t even do simple math. Estimating $1400, which is extremely overpriced, she had stated that we needed to put 3% down to get the poor puppy. I had said “Okay, so $40 down for the dog”, then she continued to argue and passively aggressively call me stupid in a matter of how she was forming her sentence. She had stated “A third of it” which then I understood and thought I had mistakenly heard her, and so I said an estimate of 30% and she had told me “No, 3%” !!”. Okay, this has to be the dumbest lady that I have met. 3% of 1400 is not 400, that would be close to 30%. I had decided to leave the store because I do not trust someone like this to handle any sort of financial information.

These puppies come from mills. I realized this as i looked at a german shepherd, her ear flopped. That's from inbreeding. The prices on these dogs are insane. A purebred shouldn't cost more than a $1000. They were selling a labradoodle for 2400. A labradoodle is a mutt, it's two different dogs put together, nothing special. Wouldn't pay $60 for it. They lie about letting the puppies out for 15 minutes a day and walking them, this seldom happens. They lie about vets coming to see the animals. A puppy (and probably more) died a preventable death in their care. All they had to do was call a vet. There was a english bulldog that was breathing funny. They said he was fine a vet comes to check on him. People inquired about the dog's breathing including my mom, a vet. If a well practiced vet says the puppy isn't breathing right, the other puppies death was preventable, and the german was inbred, then there's something going terribly wrong. Once again, these puppies shouldn't cost that much. My cousin paid 850 for a purebred, fully registered pitbull.

Recently picked up a dog from the store two weeks ago and he was sick. He got a parasite from eating his own poo. I got him at 4 months. That means he was left in a small place where he ate, sleep’d, and pooped in the same spot for several weeks. I’m a trainer and this is a hard habit to break when pups are left unattended. Makes me wonder how many other dogs have the same infection. I’ve worked tirelessly to bring my pets health back. Thankfully this dog ended up with me instead of left in a small crate in the back of a pet store eatting his own waste.

Cages too small for big puppies. Expensive and staff was rude.
