I love thie petco! Staff is AMAZING! management is the bee's knees! The animals are always well cared for! Plus, the ladies in the cat adoption are the sweetest things ever! Love you guys! You help complete my small zoo that I call home!

A few days ago, I adopted a dog that was being surrendered by its owner. It's been a couple of decades since I had a dog, and while this one is a very sweet and even tempered girl, she was dirty, stinky and shedding badly. I took her to Petco to buy some supplies so I could bathe her and try to get the shedding under control. I was almost immediately greeted by one of the friendly employees, who recommended her "favorite" grooming tool, which was much less expensive than the one I was thinking of purchasing. Then another employee came to offer assistance before he noticed I was already being helped. In the end, they made me an offer to groom my pet that was so reasonable, I couldn't turn it down! One hour later my girl was shining, odor free, and looking beautiful. Even better...no more shedding! What a wonderful experience!
