Hands down, one of the greatest pet stores in the valley!  The prices are great, the store is always clean, and the staff is the most helpful and friendly bunch I've ever met!  My kids love coming to Pratt's to see all the different pets/creatures they have and as an added bonus-you can always pet, touch, cuddle the animals as well.  The afternoon staff on 11/27/17 raised the bar on customer service!  You guys are Awesome, thank you for your help with the pug puppies and laying the foundation for a memorable experience for my son!  We have been & will continue to be devoted Pratt's customers for life!

Pratt's pets is the best pet store for my Amazon  yellow neck parrot. So many items  you  can't find at the regular  chain  stores.  I was so pleased  to get Ernie  toys ,food, and I'm going to get his beak ,nails feathers done  at a really  good price .customer  service was great .found a gem .

I love Pratt's! I have lived in El Mirage all my life and cant believe I missed this wonderful place. It may appear pricey at first..but they have tons of great deals! Their next customer appreciation day is Nov. 4th!!

Love Pratt's, they always have feeder rats for my python. They're always friendly and knowledgeable. I go out of my way every month to go in. I'd give 5/5 if they were open later.
